A laboratory, named “Emotional Packaging”, has been created in Milan, Italy, reproducing, in accurately studied spaces, the experiencing processes the shopper goes through in its interaction with the products and their packaging.
This is a site where the producers can check the efficacy of their products and find solution to preserve the trust of their customers.
The idea has come from a company specialized in the study and realization of shops and supermarkets, in partnership with a company which studies and analyzes the impact of emotions on consumers’ shopping behaviours.
