Ronchi celebrates the international in Düsseldorf

In the Hall 08a stand F01 RONCHI shows its international framework.

All representatives of Ronchi SpA met at the stand at Interpack, from all over the world. From all over Europe but also America, Asia and Oceania. Interpack 2011, success since day one

Europeans prefer the glass

According to a survey conducted in 17 European countries by FEVE, the European Federation of glass containers, 3/4 of 8.600 European consumers surveyed say they prefer glass packaging products in general and especially food and drink.

The glass containers are preferred for three main characteristics: long and better preservation of the content, health benefits, as inert material and environmental compatibility. According to the study, in fact, 47% of Europeans believe that the glass is the most environmentally friendly material, in view of beverage cartons (34%), plastics (7%), bag-in-box (5%), tins of metal (3%) and metal cans (2%).

The research also suggested that often there is still a gap between consumers who have expressed such preferences and their purchases, especially for cosmetic products such as creams and perfumes, but also for products like soft drinks, water and yogurt.
