Packology, international visitors for Ronchi

A delegation of US Executives dropped this morning into the Ronchi booth.

The number of visitors increases every day at Packology, the show dedicated to the packaging and automation world, which inaugurated its first edition in Rimini with the cooperationship of UCIMA (the Italian Association of Packaging Machinery Manufacturers) and they do not miss to pay a visit to our stand located just at the entrance of Hall A3.

Today we have received visitors from across the Atlantic ocean, curios to see our Filling-Capping Monoblock; they enjoyed spending their time among the tables inside the booth, with their eyes pointed to the EXACTA/R 32/12 in operation.

The attention is drawn by the strong points of the EXACTA/R: capping operation by means by capping heads controlled by servomotors, filling operation through flow-meters, no-tool rapid format change-over, high performance sanitary execution with CIP/SIP washing and sterilizing systems managed from the operator’s panel in a very quick manner.

Second “Packology” day for Ronchi

Visitors, friends and curious: Ronchi booth have plenty of people around, from Italy and abroad.
After the inauguration held yesterday, we are at the second day of Packology, the Exhibition of Technology for Packaging and Processing promoted in Rimini by UCIMA (the Italian Association of Packaging Machinery Manufacturers), in cooperationship with Rimini Fiera.
Many are the appointments, in a white-lighted location, a warm and wrapping-up colour especially selected for our furniture that, in the frenzy of the show, are offering to our visitors moments of tranquillity and relax, where they can stop and point their attention to the Filling-Capping Monoblock capable of managing recipes in a quite simple and very rapid manner.

Ronchi will be present a Packology, the first Italian Show thoroughly dedicated to the packaging world, where the new Filling-Capping Monoblock mod. EXACTA/R 32/12 will be displayed.

The new machine, which main feature is characterized by the wash-up and sanitization system, will be operating on Ronchi booth 041 in Hall A3

Packology: agreement with PMMI

Packology, the show organized by the Italian packaging machine manufacturers, is going ahead in a very good way.
The new event, that will open the doors on the 8th June next in Rimini, has already gathered consents and positive reactions from the companies operating within the industry.

An important agreement has been reached upon with PMMI (Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute), the prestigious U.S. category association counting 500 associated companies: PMMI will attend the show and will supply its associates with all useful and exhaustive information about the new Rimini show.
Thanks to this agreement, the US market, representing one of the main targeting markets for the Italian exporters, will so constantly be involved and up-dated about Packology.

Also, the exhibition lay-out has been finalized: it contemplates three macro-sectors: food & beverage; cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical industries; end-of-line technology, handling logistic and packaging.

Packology, count-down starts

There are less than 5 months to the first edition of Packology, the packaging show UCIMA - the Italian Association of Automatic Packaging Machinery Manufacturers - has strongly demanded and wanted.

The exhibition will take place in June 2010 at the Rimini Fairground.

UCIMA associated companies have positively and warmly responded to this new initiative

Gianmario Ronchi, owner of Ronchi Mario Spa and councillor of the Association, explains the reasons:

‘Packology is the show organized and wanted by the Italian Manufacturers of automatic machines. German and American manufacturers who, altogether, hauls the market, have since long moved in this direction by organizing their own exhibitions.

Expectations are those of having the possibility of structuring the event by responding to the requirements and suggestions of exhibitors. Through Ucima, which represents us, the manufacturers can really “build-up” their own show, being well aware of the requirements of the companies operating within this industry’

We remind that the new show will occupy a space of 64000 squared meters.

Interesting facilitations are foreseen for exhibitors, aimed at allowing their participation in large numbers. This show wants to be the event of the upswing after the worldwide economic recession that poured its effects on this industry as well, even if it has reacted very well thanks to the high technological level of the offer.

The filler ensuring extraordinary performances

It is the new filler realized by Ronchi ‘EXACTA/R 18/6S’, which incorporates a capping station too. The new machine ensures high performances in terms of sanitization and wash-up of an absolute technological prominence, unique in the industry of the automatic machinery destined to the packaging industry.

It has been introduced at worldwide level for the first time at the Hispack Show held in Barcelona on last May and proposed on the American continent at the Las Vegas Pack-Expo show in October. A breakthrough which encountered the unanimous interest of the industry operators.

Distinctive features:

Inclined base frame surface to ensure its accurate clearing
CIP/SIP clearing system
Automatic washing system in a closed circuit, managed from the operator’s panel
Reduction of waste residual generated by the washing and/or product change operations
Reduction of washing time and improvement of its efficiency
Automatic emptying of the machine by removal of all bottles inside before a washing and/or product change operation

Asian people like “Exacta” filler

It rarely happens to sell a machine during a show.
And when this happens, it sounds like a sensational news.
During Propack Asia Show, one of the most important exhibitions of the packaging industry, which took place last June in Bangkok, Ronchi displayed its EXACTA filler, encountering unanimous interest from the industry operators and finalizing the sale directly on the booth.
This confirms the positive and immediate answer of the Asian market, which appreciates the technological capability of the Italian packaging manufacturers.

Asia confirms to be one of the benchmark for the Italian packaging industry

In 2008, according to the data published by UCIMA, the Italian Association representing the manufacturers of automatic packaging machines, exportation towards Asia have peaked up to a 10,0% increase, by confirming the second place in the market of major outlet for the packaging machinery, with a quota that has reached the 17,3%.
Doubtless Asia represents one of the most vivid and interesting marketplaces.
Ronchi, designing and realizing fillers, cappers and unscramblers for the packaging industry, has since some time identified growth possibilities in this area and has inaugurated at early 2008 its own branch Ronchi Asia Company Limited, based in Bangkok - Thailand.
Absolutely positive has been the reply received from the Asian market which interfaced with a team of experts of Asian origin and trained in Italy, who follow directly the Customers from the commercial contact through the consequent phases of manufacture, testing and start-up on the spot of Ronchi machinery.
Moreover, particularly appreciated is the technical support provided from the branch for the after-sale service, thank to Ronchi Asia’s ability of ensuring the supply of spare parts directly available from a local storeroom.

HERE IS PACKOLOGY

Announced since middle of September, the new Italian Show devoted to the Packaging Industry has been officially introduced to the press on the 16th October.
It has been named PACKOLOGY: the first edition will take place at the Rimini Fairground (Italy) from Tuesday the 8th till Friday the 11th June 2010
The Show is reserved to the packaging industry operators and will have a three-year periodicity; it is the fruit of the partnership between UCIMA Association and Rimini Fiera SpA that has allocated a promotional budget of one-million euros for this new event.
The exhibition will occupy the west wing of the Rimini fairground, eight halls for a total of 60.000 sq.meter area. On display to the Show visitors will be able to see packaging conditioning and processing machinery, packaging materials, labelling, coding and marking technologies, accessories and components, logistics, press and editorial applications.
PACKOLOGY is addressed to those operators involved in the processing, conditioning and packaging industry touching several sectors: consumption goods (no food), beverage, house-hold chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food, health care etc.
