This newest filler is based on the extremely successful and proven flow-meter based filling technology that has set the standard for flow-meter based filling system in the industry.

Resistance to corrosion is guaranteed by the selection of specific material of construction such Hastelloy, AISI 316-L stainless steel and technology state-of-the-art Teflon based coating.

The filler on display in the RONCHI booth is comprised of a tri-block EXACTA/RC combining a 28-head magnetic flow-meter filler, a 8-spindle plug inserter and a 8-spindle servo capper that incorporates individual servo motors for each spindle. The Sustainable Packaging Scorecard Information Center (Upper Lakeside, Booth Number: E-5839) is a new, interactive educational feature: it is at the Pack Expo Show.

It will be staffed by a team of scorecard consultants and trainers who will offer free one-on-one consultations during the show.

The educational center is designed to give packagers and their packaging supply chain partners practical insight into implementing sustainability practices — a central component of this year’s show and Conference at PACK EXPO theme, “hange, Innovation and Sustainability.”
