Container and cap are both cylindrically shaped.
The demand is to ensure the perfect cap orientation following the main silk-screen printing on the container, at a speed of 400 b.p.m.
A challenge, for the achievement of which it is necessary to read both bottle and cap and to align them accurately according to the specific requests of the Customer.

A capping system of the SIRIO/S line has so been realized that, through the application of brushless motors and a sophisticated reading equipment, ensures the most accurate orientation between cap and bottle, with just 1,5 tolerance degree. The system has been studied and guaranteed in full compliance with the ATEX standards.
