These machines are in continuous rotary motion, designed and made to apply any kind of cap (for life, pressure, or to orient place), up to a speed of 500 pieces per minute, and pumps (dispensers, spay and triggers), up to 350 pieces per minute.

A capping system of the SIRIO/S line has so been realized that, through the application of brushless motors and a sophisticated reading equipment, ensures the most accurate orientation between cap and bottle, with just 1,5 tolerance degree. The system has been studied and guaranteed in full compliance with the ATEX standards.
